The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to transportation and a short walk to the city center. The rooms, though not facing the street and on a low floor, have good lighting but cleanliness was a downside with no servicing on one of the days we stayed. The service, especially at the spa reception, was a bit expensive but the staff, particularly the bell boys, were wonderful and very helpful. The location, although slightly farther from the center than ideal, is great with nearby transportation options and easy access to the city center. The dining experience, while featuring a stunning view over the city, was somewhat lacking in selection given the price. The hotel offers nice facilities, including a rooftop bar and a swimming pool with a pleasant view.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were loud on the lower floors due to the busy traffic around, and there was not enough space to enjoy breakfast with long queues before seating. However, the leakage from the ceiling was quickly addressed by the staff, and the view from the room and the 20th-floor restaurant was amazing.
